Young stars with 48 as Hawks snatch Game 1 on road

Clint Capela scored the go-ahead hoop with 29.8 seconds remaining, and Trae Young capped a 48-point performance with four subsequent free throws, allowing the Atlanta Hawks to stun the host Milwaukee Bucks 116-113 in the opener of the Eastern Conference finals Wednesday night.

New on SI: DeSean Jackson Agrees to Deal With Rams

Jackson has only played in eight games in the last two seasons with the Eagles. Former Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson has agreed to terms on a contract with the Rams , the team announced on Sunday.  The 13-year veteran confirmed the move on Instagram. Jackson, 34, was released by the Eagles in February after a disappointing stint in Philadelphia.
